NGC 7000 - North America Nebula

The North America Nebula is a diffuse nebula in the constellation Cygnus. It was discovered by Max Wolf in 1891[1], at least according to wikipedia.de. wikipedia.org claims a discovery by William Herschel in 1786[2]. I would go with the german version, as it is also the info retrievable from Burnhams Celestial Handbook[3]. However, as much as I like my picture, it is not as clear and nice, as these ones, like here or here.

M33 - Triangulum Galaxy

The Triangulum galaxy, or also known as pinwheel galaxy, is a rather interesting object in the Constellation of Triangulum. It is one of the notable discoveries of Charles Messier, who found it in August 1764[1].
